MERLOT 2007

Nose:

Subtle berries intermingled with a hint of prunes, violets and lavender

Colour:

Deep red with a tinge of purple

Palette:

An easily drinkable wine with absolute soft tannin leaving a cinnamon after taste
Enjoy with duck and roast ox tongue

 

CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2007

Nose:

Ripe berries with a slight smack of chocolate and tobacco on the nose. 

Colour:

It is subtle red wine with a shade of black berries and the aroma of rich coffee mocca

Palette:

Dark mulberry flavour with soft tannin to be enjoyed with roast beef or grilled fillet of steak

 

SHIRAZ 2007

Nose:

Spicy Blackberry wine with an infusion of coffee and mocca

Colour:

Well rounded wine with a darkish colour of soft tannin united with a slight peppery bite and a coffee mocca farewell

Palette:

A delightful wine which blends perfectly with venison, grilled steak and pepper sauce

 

SAUVIGNON BLANC 2007

Nose:

Gooseberry and peppers with a well rounded rich taste culminating in a green fig heat

Colour:

Exquisite dry white wine with whispers of a tropical paradise  

Palette:

This wine is an absolute must with seafood

 

BLANC DE NOIR 2009

Nose and Colour:

Beautifully light salmon coloured wine with a shade of strawberries and boiled sweetmeats ripe sweet melon, red cherries and plums make up the final product 

Palette:

Enjoy with chicken salmon paella and grilled pork as well as all other sweet and sour dishes
